5. Intellectual Property
Our IP: All content, features, and functionality of our website and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of AIMasterz.
Client IP: You retain ownership of your data and any pre-existing intellectual property. Custom solutions developed for you will be governed by the specific terms in your service agreement.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and business information. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMasterz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
