At AIMasterz, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI solutions and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • You will retain access to services until the end of your paid period

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund
  • After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions
  • You may downgrade to a monthly plan at renewal

3. Project-Based Services

Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your project. If you cancel before work begins, setup fees may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.

Custom Development

  • Custom development projects are billed according to milestones outlined in your service agreement
  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • If you cancel mid-project, you will be billed for work completed to date
  • Any unused prepaid amounts for future milestones will be refunded

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issues
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost
  • If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account information and order details
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Consulting hours already delivered
  • Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Cloud infrastructure costs already incurred
  • Rush or expedited service fees
