Refund Policy

1. Trial Period
Founding practices may start Linkiz with a 14-day trial through Stripe Checkout. If you cancel before paid billing starts, there is no subscription charge to refund.
2. Paid Subscription
After the trial, the founding offer is $297 per location per month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You can cancel future renewal; partial-month refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing.
