Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

Founding practices start Linkiz with a free 14-day trial that does not collect a payment method. Because nothing is charged during or at the end of the trial, there is no subscription charge to refund unless you have actively subscribed through Stripe Checkout.

2. Paid Subscription

If you subscribe, the founding offer is $297 per location per month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You can cancel future renewal; partial-month refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing.

3. Digital Guide Purchases

If a paid guide or companion pack is not what the Checkout description promised, contact billing@aimasterz.com with the purchase reference. We review refund requests under the offer shown at purchase and applicable law. A completed full refund revokes the corresponding guide entitlement; partial refunds do not automatically revoke access and require manual review.

A payment dispute may pause new access links while the payment status is reviewed. This policy does not limit statutory rights or remedies that apply in your location.
